KWA’s latest project, Settler Apartments, has broken ground in Fort Worth, Texas. The luxury 397,435-square-foot complex will house 362 units within a four-story structure that wraps around a five-story precast parking garage. Settler Apartments, developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living® – a rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., is expected to be completed by Summer 2023.
